By accessing or using The Rod Exchange ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

The Rod Exchange is an online marketplace that connects private sellers and buyers of classic cars, hot rods, JDM imports, muscle cars, and custom builds. We do not own, sell, or buy any vehicles listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

To post listings or use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Listing Rules

When creating listings, you agree to:

• Only list vehicles you legally own or are authorized to sell
• Provide accurate, truthful descriptions and photos
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not list stolen, salvaged, or improperly titled vehicles without disclosure

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent offers
• Promotes commercial dealer activity (private sellers only)
• Violates any applicable laws

6. Fees and Payments

Currently, all listings are FREE for the first 60 days as part of our launch promotion. After this period, reactivation fees may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Disclaimer

THE ROD EXCHANGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the success of any transaction. Buyers should always verify vehicle condition, ownership, and history before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Rod Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers, misrepresentation of vehicles, or financial losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
